Yofita supports the readiness of Indonesian cities to access sustainable infrastructure financing. With a background in psychology and over a decade of professional experience in advisory, capacity development, and institutional strengthening, she focuses on integrating social, economic, and governance dimensions into project preparation processes. Her expertise includes financing ecosystem analysis, ESG and SDG integration in infrastructure planning, and multi-stakeholder coordination to strengthen collaboration between local governments, financial institutions, and development partners. Prior to joining MSI, she worked with organizations such as Washington Business Dynamics, Mercy Corps Indonesia, and the Mien R. Uno Foundation (implementing partner for USAID), focusing on MSME development, financial literacy, and job-readiness programs.
