Eli joined the Mineral Springs team as an analyst in June 2025 and has provided key support on sustainable infrastructure development initiatives in Brazil and EV deployment strategy in the Philippines in collaboration with the Green Finance Institute. A native of the Washington D.C. region, Eli is a data-oriented international development consultant with a deep understanding of complex global policy landscapes and works with our diverse client base to develop tailored strategies for their needs. In his previous role at Washington Business Dynamics, Eli assisted in the development of investor reports for early-stage energy projects in the Himalayan region in collaboration with the U.S. Department of State and Department of Commerce. Eli also specializes in transatlantic relations due to his time spent living in Spain, where he collaborated with the Iberoamerican General Secretariat to map and integrate prominent regional think tanks into the programming of their yearly summits.
Education: Eli holds a BA in Political Science and Spanish from Virginia Commonwealth University and an MA in International Relations from IE University.
